Delivery Prices & Policy
Lash Perfect Group (The Eyelash Design Company Ltd.) offers free Standard 1 - 2 day delivery on all orders over £100 + VAT - this is applicable to deliveries within the UK Mainland.
On orders totaling less than £100 + VAT, we offer Standard Delivery (1 – 2 days) for £5.50 + VAT - this is applicable to deliveries within the UK Mainland. Please note this does not require a signature but is a tracked service.
Please note, kits and other specified items may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse as they are made to order. Please contact us should you require delivery before this time – we may be able to accommodate an earlier shipment however this is dependent on stock.
Saturday Delivery is available for £11.50 + VAT. This is applicable on orders placed before 1pm on Fridays (if the order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched on the following working day). Saturday delivery is available to all deliveries within the UK Mainland only. Saturday Delivery requires a signature. Please also ensure we have your up-to-date contact details, including mobile number and email address, as you will be contacted about your delivery time.
Deliveries to certain locations may take up to 5 working days. Please see the table below for delivery timings and costs depending on location.
Delivery is undertaken by an independent delivery company and once the goods have left our warehouse all such goods will be under the control of that company.
The tracking number of your order is emailed to you with your shipment confirmation. Further updates of the delivery will be done by the delivery company.
We may assist customers with tracking orders but please be advised that delays may occur due to weather and transportation issues and therefore we cannot accept liability in these instances.
