• After booking your training, you will receive two emails: one with instructions and the next steps to start your training journey with us and another to set up your password on the Lash Perfect Academy platform. Please note, if you have previously booked a course with us, you may not receive the second email – you can use your existing Lash Perfect Academy details to login.
• The Lash Perfect Academy online learning platform will guide you through booking your one-to-one webinar and live practical assessment when required.
• Once logged into the platform, you will be able to see all of the courses you are enrolled in. Select your chosen course, and work through each of the lessons at your own pace.

Q: How long is the course?
A: The classroom training 1-day course runs from 10am – 4pm. The initial part of the training, which takes place online, can be completed at your own pace, so the length of this course varies. The course has chapters with various lessons, quizzes and videos. It is important to complete your online learning prior to your classroom training day. On average, it takes trainees 1-2 days to complete the online learning content.

Q: Will I be able to get insurance?
A: Yes! We have worked closely with ABT insurance and HABIA for a number of years to ensure we provide you with an education which allows you to gain insurance after certification. All Lash Perfect Academy courses are accredited by ABT, and are endorsed by HABIA who offer CPD points per course to enable you to progress in your professional development. Before you pay for any course, it is important to check that it is accredited by a recognised body. Lash Perfect Individual Eyelash Extensions: 8 CPD points (or 8 HABIA brand hours).

Q: Do I need a model for my classroom training day?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend that you arrange for a model to practice on during your classroom training day. Alternatively, a mannequin eye/head can be used/purchased to perform your assessment on.

Q: Will I get a certificate in the day of training?
A: Certification is awarded online via Lash Perfect Academy – our online learning platform. We ask for you to complete a short feedback form to complete your course online – this then releases your certificate.

Q: How do I start the Free Express Lash Masterclass?
A: After you complete your Lash Perfect Classic Individual Eyelash Extension Training Course, you will automatically be enrolled in the Lash Perfect Express Online Masterclass. The learning platform has information on this, and you will also receive emails to guide you through the process. Basically you just log back onto Lash Perfect Academy Learning platform and go to your dashboard to begin the course.
